Bilingual Senior Accountant – Costa Rica

FORZA, a professional services firm in Costa Rica, is seeking a highly motivated and fully bilingual accountant to lead key accounting and administrative functions. Key responsibilities

• Oversee and execute core accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage administrative functions related to finance and client projects.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and consulting teams to support multidisciplinary client engagements.
• Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Travel as needed outside the Greater Metropolitan Area to support client and firm activities.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting with active CPI and CPA certifications.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, strategic thinking, and high emotional intelligence.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
