Bilingual Sales Trainer – Quality & Training Specialist

About the role

The Sales Trainer will design and deliver high‑impact training programs that boost client‑specific knowledge and advanced sales skills. Working autonomously with moderate supervision, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create tailored content that drives efficiency and productivity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate trainees as a role model in a dynamic campaign environment.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with campaign goals.
• Measure training effectiveness using focus groups, interviews, and surveys, then refine content accordingly.
• Participate in client Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and adapt insights into innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with operations management to evaluate new‑hire and ongoing training effectiveness.
• Stay current on client products, services, policies, and procedures, recommending necessary training updates.
• Lead collaborations with stakeholders to create customized training materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of operations training experience with a sales focus.
• Experience delivering training to classes of 30 + new hires.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 level or higher).
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior‑level technical staff.
• Advanced problem‑solving, analytical, and sales expertise.
• Track record of designing and delivering high‑impact training initiatives.
• Strong motivation skills and ability to drive key performance metrics.
• Professional, customer‑focused attitude with resilience in challenging situations.
