Bilingual Property Management Assistant (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Management Assistant to support our leasing and tenant‑relations team. You will handle communications, lease administration, and maintenance coordination while using industry‑standard software.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tenant inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Prepare, process, and renew lease agreements.
• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, and maintenance work orders.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and lease files.
• Update work order statuses and process tenant statements.
• Assist with bill payments, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
• Use Rentvine, AppFolio, or similar property‑management platforms for daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management, real‑estate administration, or virtual assistance.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.

What we offer

• 40‑hour work week, Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑5 PM PST.
• Hourly compensation that increases with tenure: $5/hr (weeks 1‑6), $6/hr (weeks 7‑12), $7/hr (week 13 onward).
