Bilingual Dental Admin & Receptionist (Virtual Assistant)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, patient‑focused Virtual Assistant to manage front‑desk operations for a busy U.S. dental practice. Working remotely, you will handle patient communications, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support billing while delivering an exceptional experience in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls in English and Spanish, responding to emails, texts and patient inquiries promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule and manage patient appointments, keeping calendars accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits and coverage before appointments and assist with billing coordination.
• Maintain digital patient records, ensure HIPAA compliance and support data‑entry and reporting tasks.
• Provide friendly, empathetic customer service, send appointment reminders and follow‑up on treatment plans.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish (C1 level or higher).
• 1–2 years of experience in U.S. dental or healthcare administration, front‑desk support or medical scheduling.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or Open Dental.
