About the role
Join our dynamic call‑center team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where your voice directly impacts client satisfaction. You will handle inbound voice interactions, providing empathetic and efficient support to our diverse customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Answer high‑volume inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries in real time.
- Diagnose issues using analytical skills and navigate internal databases while conversing with callers.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction and follow established protocols.
- Uphold brand standards by projecting a professional vocal presence.
- Collaborate with teammates, share feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level) and fluency in a second language.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and adherence to schedules.
