B2B Sales Representative (SDR) – San Jose

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in San Jose, Costa Rica. The role focuses on driving B2B growth through proactive prospecting, outbound calling, and building long‑term relationships with enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop deep product knowledge and assess client needs to propose suitable solutions.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns that could affect satisfaction or product usage.
• Handle competitive pressures, objections, and retain existing customers while acquiring new ones.
• Manage a high volume of outbound phone and email interactions with prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a consistent, professional customer experience.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate prospect and customer data.
• Execute sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, advocacy, and contract renewals.

Required profile

• 6‑12 months of experience in a consultative B2B sales environment.
• Strong cold‑calling and lead‑prospecting experience.
• English proficiency at B2+ level, both spoken and written.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand products and services.
• Ability to handle high‑volume outbound calling and objection handling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using a CRM system for data management.
