B2B Sales Development Representative – Bilingual

About the role

The B2B Sales Development Representative – Bilingual will drive customer engagement and generate new business opportunities for our client’s products and services. You will work across multiple channels to articulate value, qualify leads, and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Adopt a customer‑first approach to uncover business objectives and maximize value.
• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound sales activities via phone, email, video, and social media.
• Identify alternative contacts using tools such as Sales Navigator and other desk‑research methods.
• Follow all response‑time SLAs and mandatory sales cadences.
• Maintain and update prospect interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Transition qualified leads to the onboarding team and track pipeline progress.
• Report daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to support sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and foster continuous learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1.5 years in B2B consultative sales or account management.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and lead qualification.
• Fluent in English (B2+ level) and able to communicate bilingually.
• High‑school diploma or higher.
• Proven ability to unlock budget opportunities and grow customer investment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing start‑up environment and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience.
• Sales Navigator proficiency.
• General CRM tool usage.
