About the role

The Cleaning Assistant (TB) works in a medical environment to keep all areas clean, safe and compliant with regulatory standards. The role involves routine cleaning, waste handling and support for team events while following strict safety and documentation procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mopping, vacuuming, polishing, brushing and disinfecting of surfaces, furniture, floors, walls, windows and designated cleanroom areas.
• Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) procedures and internal company policies.
• Complete required documentation according to Good Documentation Practices.
• Adhere to dress‑code and cleanroom entry guidelines.
• Restock cleaning supplies and ensure proper use and storage of cleaning equipment.
• Manage and dispose of waste according to medical industry standards.
• Report any damage or repair needs promptly.
• Support teammates and business events as needed.
• Maintain a 5S‑organized work area.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of cleaning experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg, stand for long periods and use stairs frequently.
• Flexibility to work rotating or flexible shifts.
• Basic literacy and numeracy (read, write and simple math).
• Ability to interpret chemical safety labels and instructions.

Required skills

• Operation of cleaning equipment (mops, vacuums, polishers).
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Basic mathematical calculations.
