About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician II to join its Orthopaedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role is part of the MedTech division, which develops next‑generation, less invasive and personalized treatments at the intersection of biology and technology. As a member of the Orthopaedics team, you will support the manufacturing of joint reconstruction, trauma, sports medicine, spine and digital surgery solutions that help keep millions of people moving each year. The position reports to the production equipment maintenance function and contributes to the reliability and efficiency of automated manufacturing lines that produce high‑value orthopaedic devices.
