Audience Management Lead Analyst – Marketing Offers

About the role

The Audience Management Lead Analyst will join the Audience Management team to drive lending‑targeted marketing offers to existing customers. The role oversees project requirements, marketing package development, waterfall evaluation and offer implementation across online and offline channels, while providing insight‑driven recommendations and bridging strategy to technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage offer targeting and implementation across multiple online and offline channels.
• Educate marketing partners on new toolsets and develop customer‑centric campaign strategies.
• Provide insight‑driven recommendations to optimise strategies and operational processes.
• Hands‑on coding and testing within the Citi Marketing Platform, gaining full knowledge of the platform environment.
• Act as primary liaison with Marketing Program Managers, Analytics and Risk to develop business requirements.
• Direct oversight of the list‑processing vendor to support campaign execution.
• Collaborate with the In‑Business Control team for monthly control monitoring and testing.
• Participate in strategy meetings and daily scrums, assessing risk and ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years experience in digital or database marketing, preferably in financial services.
• 6‑10 years strategic business analysis experience with strong data‑analysis communication skills.
• SQL required; SAS experience a plus.
• Experience with direct marketing of banking offers across digital/online and traditional offline channels.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory environments in highly controlled settings.
• Experience with consumer lending or third‑party marketing, digital marketing and vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
