Associate Machine Operator

About the role

As an Associate Machine Operator you will support the manufacturing of life‑saving medical devices. Working in a cleanroom environment, you will ensure that valve components are processed, packaged and documented according to strict microbiology and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload valve jars in ovens, placing temperature probes and samples correctly.
• Collect sterilization batch samples, prepare accompanying documentation and transfer them to quality labs.
• Execute JDE transactions to issue packaging materials, perform leak testing, labeling and sterile packaging of valves.
• Follow work instructions and SOPs, record traceable data in device history records and sign work orders.
• May be required to act as a Sanitization Processor.
• Perform general area maintenance and keep the workspace orderly.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience or familiarity with GMP, cleanroom or medical‑device environments (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while following detailed instructions.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to give and receive feedback.
• Commitment to safety, environmental and pandemic protocols.
