Associate Director, Clinical Operations – Organizational Engagement (Hybrid)

About the role

The Associate Director, Clinical Operations – Organizational Engagement partners with the Head of Global Data Management & Standards (GDMS) Business Operations to shape and deliver the engagement and communications strategy for GDMS worldwide. This senior position drives internal messaging, event planning, and employee engagement initiatives to align with organizational priorities and branding guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute the global engagement and communications strategy for GDMS.
• Collaborate with GDMS Project Management Office, Change Management, and project sponsors to create communications for special initiatives.
• Lead the design and delivery of GDMS enterprise employee engagement programs, including surveys, listening strategies, and action planning.
• Maintain the GDMS communications framework and toolkit, ensuring consistency with corporate branding.
• Optimize communication channels and measurement plans, synthesizing stakeholder feedback to improve effectiveness.
• Plan and execute major GDMS events such as town halls, data center visits, and leadership updates.
• Serve as day‑to‑day partner to GDMS leaders, drafting internal messaging, executive communications, and presentation materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal communications and organizational engagement within a global or healthcare setting.
• Strong ability to translate complex initiatives into clear, audience‑appropriate messages.
• Excellent collaboration skills with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and analyzing employee engagement surveys.
