About the role

We are looking for a Content Assistant to plan, develop and monitor the social‑media content strategy of our university’s institutional channels. The role supports the Marketing Department in creating engaging graphic, audiovisual and written material that reflects the university experience for diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and follow up the content strategy for institutional social networks in line with marketing objectives.
• Create, produce and manage graphic, video and written content adapted to different platforms, audiences and formats.
• Identify trends, institutional activities and communication opportunities to strengthen digital presence.
• Coordinate and cover academic, cultural, sports, student and promotional events, generating content before, during and after each event.
• Support the conception, production and execution of digital campaigns for admissions, enrollment, academic offerings and brand positioning.
• Monitor comments, messages and interactions on social channels, routing inquiries appropriately.
• Collaborate with departments, students, faculty and staff to gather information and generate content.
• Analyze social‑media performance, produce regular reports and recommend improvements based on metrics.
• Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date institutional media bank of photos, videos and other audiovisual assets.

Required profile

• Ability to coordinate with multiple university stakeholders to collect information and produce content.
• Strong organizational skills for managing the media bank and reporting processes.
• Proactive attitude toward staying updated on digital trends, formats and platform changes.
