About the role

Join our team as a Telemarketing Advisor and help promote and sell our products and services through phone calls and client visits. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering excellent customer service while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients to promote products and services.
• Generate and maintain an up‑to‑date client database.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries or issues efficiently.
• Negotiate with clients to close sales and meet company targets.
• Build long‑term relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty.
• Participate in trainings and team meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Required profile

• High school diploma or related studies.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in telemarketing.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
