AR & Billing Specialist – Collections & SaaS (Remote)

About the role

ElectroNeek, a US‑based B2B SaaS provider, is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to manage end‑to‑end payment collection for its subscription customers. Working remotely, you will own the AR cycle for about 85 annual‑subscription accounts while supporting billing and day‑to‑day finance operations in Xero.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full collections process, contacting customers via email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, LinkedIn and video calls.
• Run a structured reminder cadence (pre‑due, due, overdue) and maintain a rolling cash‑collection forecast.
• Produce weekly AR reports with aging, collections targets and at‑risk accounts.
• Generate accurate invoices for renewals, upgrades and mid‑term changes; process domestic and international payments, including tax and fee adjustments.
• Apply payments, issue credit notes, monitor failed card payments and keep billing records organized.
• Escalate difficult cases to management, Customer Success or legal when needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a disciplined collections cadence.
• Excellent communication skills for proactive outreach and negotiation.
• Comfortable working with a SaaS subscription model and annual billing cycles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
• Experience using a CRM system to document interactions and payment promises.
