Appointment Setter – English Speaking (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Appointment Setter to handle inbound and warm leads, qualify prospects and schedule appointments for financial advisors. The role supports a growing financial services firm focused on retirement planning.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound and warm leads generated by the company.
• Engage seniors on retirement‑related topics, qualify prospects and book appointments for advisors.
• Confirm appointments and track attendance to ensure high show‑rate.
• Update lead and appointment status in the Go High Level CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to reduce no‑shows and maintain accurate notes.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales or call‑based roles.
• Comfortable speaking with seniors and handling sensitive conversations.
• Resilient, goal‑driven and organized with consistent follow‑up.

Required skills

• Experience using Go High Level or a similar CRM system.

What we offer

• Full‑time position (9 AM – 5 PM EST).
• Base salary of $800 per month plus $75 for each qualified appointment.
