API Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an API Specialist to become the go‑to expert for Procore’s API ecosystem. In this position you will support external developers, partners and internal teams, helping them integrate and troubleshoot using our suite of REST endpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and consulting to clients, developers and partners using the Procore API, handling tickets, Slack queries and Zoom calls.
• Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues with tools such as Postman and by testing REST web services.
• Manage escalations and product issues related to API endpoints, collaborating with Product Management and Technical Services.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles, FAQs and training content for the developer community.
• Identify improvement opportunities and feature requests to enhance the API and marketplace experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years).
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support, integration or API‑focused troubleshooting.
• Solid development background with client‑facing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly.
