Analista de WMS e Inventarios

About the role

We are looking for a WMS and Inventory Analyst to join our distribution center in El Coyol, Alajuela, Costa Rica. The role combines data analysis with hands‑on floor work to ensure inventory accuracy and proper recording of all merchandise movements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cyclic inventories, physical counts and location audits.
• Compare physical stock with records in the WMS and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform transaction reconciliation for shipments and internal movements.
• Validate that received goods match system entries and record expiration dates, lot numbers and special packaging data.
• Support reception, storage, picking, checking and dispatch teams.
• Review and correct WMS reports such as ILINEG, ILI2, ILIIPI and PSC050.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory registers and ensure correct product allocation for Walmart and Automercado orders.
• Report variances and propose actions to improve inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, logistics or distribution centers.
• Proven experience performing cyclic inventories and physical counts.
• Hands‑on availability for floor work and occasional administrative tasks.
• Willingness to work onsite in El Coyol, Alajuela and handle occasional out‑of‑hours situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar platforms.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office tools.
