About the role

Ecolab is looking for an Associate Planner to manage the purchase of materials for its portfolio, handling both MTO and MTS orders. The role focuses on improving supply‑chain efficiency, identifying process inefficiencies, and communicating critical delays to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage material purchases based on forecasts or purchase orders.
• Coordinate the receipt schedule for incoming materials.
• Monitor supply‑chain performance, assess major impacts and alert leadership.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Respond quickly to shifting priorities.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Supply‑Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in supply‑chain planning, finance, marketing or other analytical disciplines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate in professional settings.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and deliver results.
• Basic market understanding and demonstrated responsibility.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced planning software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI and AI assistants (e.g., Copilot).
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or Green Belt certification.
