After Sales Support Agent

About the role

Le Boat is seeking an After Sales Support Agent to deliver exceptional post‑sales service to its guests. Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you will be the main point of contact for customers after they book a self‑drive boating holiday, ensuring a smooth experience from pre‑departure to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound after‑sales calls and provide expert advice on packages and ancillary products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
• Conduct pre‑departure calls to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Manage cancellations, refunds, and inventory changes in line with company policies.
• Ensure all required customer documentation is completed before departure.
• Allocate payments in the Neptune bookings system and send confirmation documents.
• Process credit‑card payments, customer refunds, and travel‑agent payments, statements, and commissions.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to increase retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in after‑sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑centric approach.
• Proficiency with CRM software and related systems.
