Advertising Sales Coach – Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Advertising Sales Coach who will empower sales teams through instructor‑led training, eLearning development, and performance‑focused enablement. The role blends sales expertise with talent development to boost commercial results across advertising and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training sessions on advertising products, sales strategies, and client engagement best practices.
• Create and maintain eLearning courses, assessments, certifications, and other sales enablement resources.
• Conduct needs analyses, recommend training solutions, and establish feedback loops between learning and leadership.
• Schedule classes, manage the Learning Management System (LMS), and generate training reports.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and identify ROI improvement opportunities.
• Counsel managers on employee professional development and foster an enthusiastic learning culture.
• Escalate business‑risk issues to management and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or advertising sales, preferably within tech, social media, e‑commerce, or marketing sectors.
• Experience in talent development, facilitation, and instructional design.
• English proficiency at C1 level (CEFR) and at least a high‑school diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in digital advertising, paid‑media, or marketing platforms are a plus.
