Accounts Payable Analyst

About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. In this position you will ensure that vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time while supporting the overall efficiency of the payment cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Process and validate vendor invoices in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor the full invoice processing cycle and ensure timely payments.
- Resolve vendor inquiries, payment issues, and invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain clear communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports on billing metrics, payments and operational performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting or a related field (in progress acceptable).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in invoice processing and vendor issue resolution.
- Experience in program management and data analysis/reporting.
- Full professional proficiency in English (B2 level).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
