About the role
We are looking for an Accountant to join our growing team in Costa Rica. The role offers the chance to work in an international environment, supporting diverse clients and regional projects while developing your accounting expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day accounting, tax and financial processes.
- Prepare reconciliations and assist with monthly closings.
- Handle tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare financial reports, maintain accounting records and support audits.
- Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to improve internal controls.
Required profile
- 2+ years of accounting experience in Costa Rica.
- Knowledge of Costa Rican tax and accounting regulations.
- Experience with reconciliations and accounting closings.
- Strong intermediate English communication skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and proactive mindset.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Experience with ERP or other accounting systems.
