Account Manager – Seller Success (e‑commerce SaaS)

About the role

Join Veeqo’s Seller Success team and help fast‑growing e‑commerce businesses optimise their shipping and inventory operations. You will work directly with US‑based sellers, guiding them through onboarding, product adoption and strategic use of Veeqo’s multi‑channel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, onboard and drive feature adoption for smaller sellers.
• Conduct product demos, guided onboarding sessions and webinars to achieve order‑to‑ship ratios above 70%.
• Increase shipment volume across a portfolio of sellers and monitor key performance metrics.
• Provide learning sessions and strategic guidance to reduce shipping costs, prevent overselling and streamline fulfillment.
• Track and report on customer contacts, success appointments, webinars, product updates and churn risks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
• 2+ years in digital advertising or client‑facing roles.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to quickly resolve seller issues.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
