Account Manager II, Eats Global

About the role

As an Account Manager for Global Delivery Partnerships, you will manage some of Uber's most influential and complex national restaurant brands. It is a client-facing, high-stakes role bridging Uber's global logistics platform and the growth of enterprise partners, requiring smart decisions with imperfect information and ownership end to end.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth and success of a portfolio of national enterprise partners, exceeding quarterly growth goals despite internal complexity and shifting priorities.
• Build and sustain trusting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers through reliability and deep subject-matter expertise.
• Use internal data to spot patterns in delivery timeliness and completion rates, then pitch actionable plans to improve performance.
• Act as an internal advocate and voice of the customer, unblocking growth by navigating complex processes across Product, Marketing and Legal.
• Deliver data-backed insights and methodologies that highlight trends and opportunities for partners to increase investment.
• Lead the launch and management of complex campaigns and integrations, communicating updates and setting realistic expectations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing role managing enterprise or mid-market accounts.
• Proven track record of building and implementing joint business plans that drive strategic value.
• Experience using data to influence senior decision-makers and quantify commercial opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred: experience managing global brands in food delivery or third-party marketplaces, and a background in advertising sales, marketing or business development at a leading restaurant brand.

Required skills

• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: proficiency in SQL for independent data-driven decision-making and reporting.
