About the role
Amazon Ads is seeking a customer‑obsessed Account Manager to drive the onboarding and success of first‑time advertisers. You will work closely with the sales team to craft media strategies, launch campaigns, and ensure advertisers achieve their goals on Amazon’s advertising platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions and revenue opportunities.
- Partner with the sales team to create media strategies and drive incremental revenue for new advertisers.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including media planning, forecasting, and cross‑product coordination.
- Accelerate prospecting of first‑time advertisers and respond to RFPs.
- Support product expansion through cross‑channel forecasts and media proposals.
- Align with customers and sales on KPIs, measurement set‑up, and campaign success.
- Provide weekly upsell recommendations, share performance reporting, and own campaign measurement analyses.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering frictionless advertiser experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with sales, creative, and operations teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict launch timelines.
- Analytical mindset for forecasting and performance measurement.
