Account Manager – Amazon Ads Large Customer Sales

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑obsessed Account Manager to join Amazon Ads’ Large Customer Sales team. You will be the primary point of contact for first‑time advertisers, guiding them through campaign set‑up and ensuring their advertising goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions and advise advertisers on placement opportunities.
• Partner with sales account teams to develop media strategies and forecast cross‑product, cross‑channel campaigns.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including media planning, forecasting, and ensuring accurate booking.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Campaign & Creative Managers and Ad Operations to guarantee successful campaign execution.
• Accelerate advertiser onboarding and re‑activation by owning pre‑launch activities such as forecasting and media planning.
• Provide optimization recommendations, product expansion insights, and inventory forecasts across the Amazon Ads suite.
• Act as a measurement consultant, set up campaign measurement, and deliver mid‑ and post‑campaign reporting and analysis.
