Account Manager – Amazon Ads Large Customer Sales

About the role

Amazon Ads is seeking a customer‑obsessed Account Manager to join the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team. You will be the primary point of contact for first‑time advertisers, guiding them through campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting while collaborating closely with sales and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions.
• Partner with sales account teams to create media strategies and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including media planning, forecasting cross‑product and cross‑channel mixes, and educating advertisers on placement requirements.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Campaign & Creative Managers and Ad Operations to ensure accurate campaign booking and setup.
• Accelerate advertiser onboarding and reactivation by owning pre‑launch activities such as forecasting and media planning.
• Provide optimization recommendations and product expansion insights through cross‑channel forecasts and media proposals.
• Act as a measurement consultant, executing measurement setups and delivering mid‑ and end‑campaign reporting based on client KPIs.
• Create campaign reports using Amazon and third‑party data, surfacing performance improvement opportunities.
