Account Manager – Amazon Ads Large Customer Sales

About the role

Amazon Ads is seeking a customer‑obsessed Account Manager to join its Large Customer Sales team. You will be the primary point of contact for first‑time advertisers, guiding them through campaign setup, optimization, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales account teams to develop media strategies and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including media planning, forecasting, and educating advertisers on placement requirements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Campaign & Creative Managers, and Ad Operations to guarantee accurate booking and setup.
• Accelerate advertiser onboarding and reactivation by owning pre‑launch activities such as forecasting and media planning.
• Provide optimization recommendations, product expansion insights, and inventory forecasts across the Amazon Ads suite.
• Act as a measurement consultant, executing measurement setups and delivering mid‑ and post‑campaign reporting and analysis.
