Account Executive, Sales

About the role

Veeqo is looking for an Account Executive to help mid‑market eCommerce sellers get the most out of its inventory and shipping platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding sellers through onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing platform usage.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound seller inquiries via phone, email, and chat, directing them to the appropriate resources.
• Engage sellers in supportive conversations to facilitate product discovery and platform adoption.
• Assist with account sign‑up, channel connection setup, and onboarding processes following defined procedures.
• Develop deep knowledge of Veeqo’s features and clearly communicate benefits to sellers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to surface seller feedback and help resolve support issues.
• Meet adoption and support targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused professional with experience in platform support, customer service, or seller onboarding.
• Demonstrates Amazon Leadership Principles such as Customer Obsession, Deliver Results, and Bias for Action.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills to build lasting seller relationships.
