Account Executive – Life Sciences

About the role

We are looking for a consultative, technically‑oriented Account Executive to grow our client’s business in the highly regulated life‑sciences market. You will act as a strategic partner for QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs and R&D teams, translating complex testing requirements into tailored laboratory solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal generation and contract closing.
• Engage technical decision‑makers (QA/QC managers, regulatory professionals, R&D leads) to understand and address their testing needs.
• Collaborate with internal laboratory experts to translate client requirements into detailed scopes of work.
• Prepare, present and negotiate quotes and Master Service Agreements.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot Sales Hub.
• Navigate vendor qualification and regulated procurement processes.
• Stay current on industry regulations and emerging testing standards.
• Build long‑term relationships with manufacturing partners to drive recurring revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling complex technical or laboratory services.
• Proven track record of influencing technical stakeholders in life‑sciences environments.
• Strong scientific curiosity and ability to grasp regulatory and testing standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
