ABM Manager - Remote Work

About the role

Join BairesDev as an ABM Manager, partnering daily with US‑based sales and account leaders to design and execute AI‑driven account‑based campaigns. This remote, hands‑on position blends multi‑channel outreach with automation that signals sellers when to act.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads and direct mail, coordinated with each account’s sales owner.
• Map commercial processes and build automations (CRM, Clay, n8n/Make/Zapier, LLM steps) that detect account signals and alert sellers.
• Maintain target‑account lists, buying committees and enriched contact records in CRM portals.
• Report weekly on meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated, accounts expanded and revenue influenced.
• Test and scale new channels such as event follow‑up, video or retargeting.

Required profile

• 2+ years running ABM programs in direct partnership with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building seller‑facing automations with tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• 2+ years working with US‑based commercial teams serving B2B buyers.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn messaging, LinkedIn Ads, direct mail).
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools (Claude preferred; ChatGPT or Gemini accepted).
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
