Young Professional – Trainee Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Young Professional to join our talent acquisition team as a Trainee Recruiter. This fully remote position offers an entry‑level pathway into recruitment, allowing you to learn the full hiring cycle while supporting senior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Assist in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Review applications and conduct initial resume screening under senior guidance.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
