Workday Payroll Integration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Workday Payroll Integration Specialist to support payroll configuration, integration, and reporting for third‑party payroll systems. The position is a 12‑month remote contract serving LATAM markets and requires fluency in both Spanish and English. You will work independently while collaborating with global functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday payroll setup for third‑party payroll systems, including pay group, schedule, pay code, and wage type mapping.
• Develop and manage Workday integrations such as PECI, PICOF, CCW, and Studio for payroll data exchange.
• Build and optimize advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) for payroll‑related items and compliance.
• Collaborate with functional teams to design and execute test cases during SIT and UAT phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure data accuracy and timely payroll processing.
• Work independently on assigned technical tasks and deliver high‑quality solutions within deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Workday payroll configuration for third‑party payroll systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday integration tools: PECI, PICOF, CCW, and Studio.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to create and execute functional test cases for payroll data validation.
• Preferred experience in global payroll environments and integration testing projects.
