Warehouse Supervisor II

About the role

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor II to lead its material handling team. The role ensures safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met while driving continuous improvement across shipping, receiving, kitting, and cycle counting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the entire material handling team, including shipping, receiving, warehouse, kitting, and cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate completion of material handling tasks and related system transactions.
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations, ISO 13485, company policies, and the site Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop and use metrics to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Plan, organize, and schedule departmental activities to meet production and product development needs.
• Oversee the cycle count program and use its results to improve ERP data integrity.
• Advise users on proper use of the Cirtec ERP system and coordinate material and system requirements to minimize downtime.
• Supervise staff, manage time and attendance, and deliver both general and product‑specific training.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a material handling team.
• Strong understanding of ISO 13485 standards and QMS requirements.
• Experience planning and scheduling warehouse operations to meet production demands.
• Capability to develop and apply performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Experience training staff on processes and system usage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Cirtec ERP system.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 compliance.
• Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
• Experience managing a cycle count program.
