Warehouse Management Process Lead (SAP S/4HANA EWM)

About the role

Dentsply Sirona, a global manufacturer of dental products and technologies, is looking for a Warehouse Management Process Lead (EWM) in Costa Rica. This is an experienced individual contributor role that shapes, governs and supports global SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes across distribution and manufacturing environments. The lead owns defined warehouse process domains, drives global standardization and supports large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements, reporting to the Senior Warehouse Management Process Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned EWM workstreams in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations and global rollouts, acting as a primary day-to-day process authority for defined EWM sub-processes.
• Define, maintain and enforce global EWM process standards, templates and governance models.
• Lead end-to-end warehouse process design across inbound, internal and outbound flows, including goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, staging and shipping.
• Provide functional leadership for SAP S/4HANA EWM configuration and solution design, and ensure integration with upstream and downstream processes such as OTC, P2P, transportation and manufacturing.
• Lead process walkthroughs, fit-to-standard discussions and working sessions with business and IT stakeholders, and coordinate readiness activities for enhancements, releases and deployments.
• Lead unit testing, integration testing and UAT, support cutover and stabilization, and identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain process documentation, guide teams in creating SOPs and work instructions, and support training and adoption of standardized processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or Information Systems.
• 7+ years of SAP Warehouse Management experience, including SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations or migrations.
• Proven ability to independently lead global EWM process workstreams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Eligible to work in the country where the position is based.

Required skills

• Advanced English (C1).
• Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM end-to-end processes.
• Strong understanding of warehouse execution concepts (handling units, RF, Fiori, warehouse tasks).
• Ability to translate business requirements into standardized SAP EWM solutions.
• Confident communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
