Visual Design Specialist

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Visual Design Specialist to create impactful, coherent, and unique graphics that support global clients. The role leads visual and creative design across multiple projects, ensuring consistency while delivering innovative visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate visual design projects, managing timelines, estimations, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with and guide cross‑functional design teams to maintain quality and consistency.
• Act as the primary client‑facing designer, presenting concepts and gathering feedback to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility principles, brand guidelines, and user‑experience standards.
• Produce digital assets including static, dynamic, and animated banners, as well as data visualizations and infographics.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and a solid portfolio demonstrating aesthetic quality and strategic thinking.
• Adaptable, open‑minded, and comfortable working in fast‑changing environments.
• 6–8 years of experience in visual or graphic design, including leadership of creative teams.
• Proven expertise with Figma and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user‑centered design, and accessibility.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Expertise with Figma.
• Experience designing for mobile and responsive platforms (iOS, Material Design, Web).
• Creation of digital assets such as static, dynamic, and animated banners.
• Data visualization and infographic design.
