Visual Design Specialist

About the role

Accenture is seeking a senior Visual Design Specialist to lead the creation of impactful, cohesive graphics for client brands. In this role you will guide junior designers, collaborate closely with creative leads, and engage directly with clients to deliver high‑quality visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and ensure team alignment on design concepts.
• Create templates and style guides that encourage creativity while maintaining brand consistency.
• Provide design direction, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior designers.
• Estimate effort for design tasks and manage timelines.
• Lead client presentations and discuss final grid and layout decisions.
• Recommend improvements to reports, tools, processes, and design workflows.
• Identify project risks early and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Spot business opportunities within the vertical and articulate design decisions clearly.

Required profile

• Senior‑level visual designer with strong technical expertise in visual design.
• Proven ability to lead and coach junior designers.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Excellent communication skills for client‑facing interactions.
• Analytical mindset capable of solving moderately complex design problems.
