Visual Design Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Visual Design Lead to drive the creation of compelling visual assets for its clients. The role will oversee the visual design process from concept through delivery, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while fostering innovative and unique solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage team workflows, roles, and tools, coordinating with management and development teams.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and promote alignment across design teams.
• Create templates and style guides for client brands, encouraging creative freedom.
• Manage production projects for new campaigns, providing art direction and accurate time estimates.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback on grids, layouts, and overall visual direction.
• Recommend improvements to reports, tools, processes, and tasks related to design capability.
• Negotiate deadline changes and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading visual design projects and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build trust and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
