About the role
Ethos is seeking an experienced Visual Communications Designer to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional presentation tasks. This fully remote, freelance position offers flexible hours and a competitive rate of $70 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated slide decks and presentations.
- Design slide layouts, master templates, and brand‑compliant decks.
- Format exhibits, charts, and complex graphics to ensure visual hierarchy.
- Produce rapid‑turnaround slide fixes and custom graphic builds.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in a presentation design or visual graphics team at a top consulting firm, bank, or agency.
- Expert‑level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, including master templates and complex exhibits.
- Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
