About the role

We are looking for a proactive Medical Sales Representative to join our national sales team. The professional will promote a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies and health centres across Costa Rica, meeting sales, coverage and promotional targets set by the company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily visit routes to private and institutional medical networks.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with physicians, pharmacists and health‑care staff.
• Present clinical, scientific and commercial benefits of assigned products.
• Analyse prescription and sales data to identify growth opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Report daily activities and coverage through the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recent, verifiable experience as a medical visitor in the Costa Rican pharmaceutical market.
• Own a well‑maintained vehicle and hold a valid B1 driving licence.
• University degree in Pharmacy or a related field (bachelor’s or higher).
• Strong negotiation abilities, excellent verbal communication and a results‑oriented mindset.

• Proficiency with a medical‑visit CRM platform.
