Vendor Strategy Manager – Cisco

About the role

The Vendor Strategy Manager will develop and implement strategic market and product line plans, lead vendor quarterly business reviews, and act as the business owner for assigned Cisco technologies. You will be the go‑to partner for vendor strategies, identifying high‑volume customers and driving market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic market and product line business plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Analyze market data, create reports and presentations, and identify trends and expansion opportunities.
• Lead vendor Quarterly Business Reviews, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Own the performance, growth and positioning of assigned vendor technology or product line.
• Identify and nurture relationships with volume and strategic customers.
• Track progress against annual and quarterly plans, adjusting strategies based on ROI.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• College degree in Business, IT or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to senior management.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality and adapt to change.
• Proficient with advanced computer systems and applications.
