About the role
The Trilingual Credit and Collection Analyst will manage accounts receivable activities, including payment processing, account reconciliation, credit evaluation, and dispute resolution. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Portuguese and English.
Key responsibilities
- Use multiple systems to track, research, and document communications with customers.
- Analyze credit limits, approve new account applications, and prepare chargeback invoices.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing inquiries.
- Build accounts receivable reports from credit, cash, and collections data.
Required profile
- Degree or advanced studies in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or customer service roles.
- Advanced written and oral Portuguese and good English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Practical knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
