Traveling Butler / Household Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Butler/Household Manager to provide comprehensive support to a private ultra‑high‑net‑worth family. The role combines household management, hospitality, and travel coordination to ensure a seamless, comfortable environment wherever the family resides.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all household operations, including planning and overseeing regular services and deliveries.
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, tea, canapés, cocktails, and other food and beverage items.
• Handle correspondence, visit post offices, process returns, and receive deliveries.
• Maintain records and conduct inventory of household purchases.
• Assist with packing and unpacking parcels and organize closets, storage areas, and supplies.
• Greet and welcome guests, run errands, grocery shop, and place online orders.
• Act as point of contact in emergencies, inspect and secure the property, and liaise with management, security services, and law enforcement.
• Source best prices, purchase necessary household goods, and monitor household budgets and expenses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in household management, butler service, or personal assistance.
• Ability and flexibility to travel internationally with valid travel documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Educational background in Hospitality, Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is a plus.
