Travel & Expense Compliance Analyst

About the role

Roche is seeking a Travel & Expense Compliance Analyst to ensure expense reporting aligns with company policies and regulatory standards. You will work closely with affiliates and business partners to audit, correct, and improve travel and expense processes.

Key responsibilities

• Audit expense reports submitted for reimbursement.
• Communicate with affiliate employees to request corrections or clarifications.
• Maintain and enforce the Travel and Expense Policy within Concur and TRAM systems.
• Collaborate with business partners and management to resolve compliance discrepancies.
• Represent T&E on cross‑functional projects and lead small departmental initiatives.
• Share best practices across the team.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant SOPs, local guidelines, and FGAR.
• Meet SLA audit and compliance standards between SSC and affiliates.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in operational T&E or audit roles.
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize work and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer‑service focus.
• Ability to work with limited direction and multitask effectively.
• English required; Spanish and Portuguese are desirable.
