Travel Consultant – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

As a Travel Consultant at BCD Travel you will be the primary point of contact for our corporate clients, helping them plan and book travel that aligns with company policies and budgets. This remote, full‑time position offers the chance to work with a global team while delivering exceptional service to travelers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations across air, hotel, and ground transportation.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies, providing expert advice to ensure compliance.
• Manage regulatory requirements such as DOT, TSA, passport, and visa documentation.
• Provide clients with up‑to‑date industry information, including fare trends, exchange rates, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships.
• Maintain current knowledge of travel industry developments and best practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience working as a travel agent or consultant.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand and apply client travel policies consistently.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS).
