Transition Manager

About the role

The Transition Manager partners with HPE teams to lead the deployment and onboarding of HPE GreenLake infrastructure solutions for new and existing customers. Working in a hybrid model, you will spend part of your week on‑site at an HPE office while collaborating remotely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control, and manage corporate, customer, and third‑party vendor efforts for GreenLake projects.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with multiple HPE functional teams.
• Facilitate and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align scope, timeline, and milestones.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, resources, finances, and risks to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Escalate issues when necessary and recommend innovative solutions to mitigate risks.
• Maintain project forecasts in GIFT or other authorized tools.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities in a remote‑first environment.
• Critical thinking, excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to identify and address project risks proactively.
• Willingness to support customers outside regular business hours on occasion.

Required skills

• Experience with HPE GreenLake solutions.
