About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated Young Professional to join its talent acquisition team as a Trainee Recruiter. This remote, entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across the full hiring cycle while supporting senior recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Assist with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and screenings under senior guidance.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Participate in recruitment training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
