Trainee Recruiter – Entry-Level Remote Position

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated Trainee Recruiter to join its global talent acquisition team. This remote, entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience across the full hiring cycle, supporting senior recruiters while building a foundation for a career in HR.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Assist in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other talent‑search tools.
• Review applications and conduct initial resume screenings under senior guidance.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
