About the role
The Traffic Specialist is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods both domestically and internationally, ensuring timely deliveries while optimizing logistics costs. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with trade regulations and supporting continuous improvement of supply‑chain performance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from origin to destination.
- Select, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with carriers and freight providers.
- Monitor shipments in transit and proactively resolve transportation issues.
- Manage customs and transportation documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Control logistics expenses, analyze cost variances, and recommend cost‑saving measures.
- Track, analyse, and report logistics KPIs and performance metrics.
Required profile
- Fluent English (mandatory) with interviews conducted in English.
- Based in AFZ with a hybrid work arrangement (three days onsite per week).
